E-Village has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to customer privacy. Because we gather information from our customers and visitors, we have established this privacy statement as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices.
Your personal information and our commitment
We will not willfully or knowingly sell, trade, rent, disclose or make available: (1) personally identifiable information about you, your employees, co-workers, or clients; or, (2) information about any of your business relationships with your customers, clients, vendors, partners or anyone else to any third party without first receiving your permission, except as permitted by law or when expressly stated herein.
Collection of information through use of mailing lists
We operate and maintain mailing lists. To subscribe to our mailing List, you must provide your full name and a valid e-mail address. We reserve the right to remove any non-functional, invalid or fraudulent e-mail addresses at our discretion.
Unsubscribe
Our site and services provide you the opportunity to unsubscribe from receiving communications from us. To be removed from the mailing list you select the unsubscribe option that is included on email communications you receive from E-Village. If you need further assistance an e-mail to redactie@e-village.nl explaining that you have tried to unsubscribe without success and include the name of the list you are unsubscribing from. We reserve the right to contact you for further information that may be necessary to unsubscribe you from the list.
Security
E-Village web site uses security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We store the information in a database in a secure environment at our service provider.
Notification of changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we reserve the right to do so, and will notify users that we have done so on the homepage.
