Zeist, June 2009 - Albelli, provider of photo books, calendars and diaries, has chosen E-Village’s Event Driven Marketing application Clang to build and maintain high-quality customer relations.
Clang, a web-application designed as Software as a Service, enables organizations to improve and expand their online dialog with customers, with the help of targeted, personalized communications.
Jacques Geijsen, Manager CRM van Albelli states: “Compared to other suppliers, Clang is able to visualize CRM-processes in a logical and intuitive manner. The functionality of the online forms and the way they are integrated into the Clang database makes working with the software a relief compared to other solutions. During the first few weeks of our co-operation, E-Village’s team has shown that they are able to efficiently switch to meet our very specific demands.”
The functionality of Clang enables Albelli to stay one step ahead of the competition. Clang supports organizations that want to stay in online contact with their target group. The software can convert and enrich customer information and create brand loyalty.
Create photo books, diaries or calendars via the Internet
Customers upload their pictures to the Albelli website and choose a layout. If they want, they can also provide texts to accompany the photos, after which the website shows a preview. In this way, customers can make their own, personalized photo book, calendar or diary. After approving and placing the order, Albelli sends the printed and bound book, diary or calendar by postal mail within seven days.
“Albelli’s choice for Clang underpins the fact that they understand the changes in communicating with the customer”, says Robert Rebergen of E-Village. They are focusing on the customer and want to make sure he receives – at the right time - the right message. This makes Albelli an e-commerce organization that is able to make maximum return on investment from its dialog with customers.”
About E-Village and Clang
Clang is a web-based marketing application (Software as a Service) and was developed for the challenges marketers face today. Clang provides organizations with more customer insight, enabling them to communicate very direct, through a variety of digital channels, in theory on a 1-to-1 basis. This insight is gathered by – among other things – tagging e-mailings, content and persons, also in completely dynamic newsletters, and keeping score of who clicks what.
E-Village develops and delivers on-demand marketing applications that enable marketers to gather more customer insight and information, necessary to optimize eCRM and (online) marketing activities. E-Village wants to enable organizations to send at the right time, to the right person and through the most suitable channel, the right message (content). This makes E-Village a valuable partner in raising customer loyalty and turnover opportunities in a cost-effective way.
